Parking: On-site valet parking is guaranteed to all of the hotel guests which means there is no need to reserve in advance. Enter from the O'Farrell Street entrance (260 O'Farrell Street). Covered parking with unlimited in & out privileges. $62.00 + tax per day; oversized vehicles are an additional $10.00 per day. Parking rates are subject to change at any time.

Package Policy: Any guest with 5 or more packages will be charged a $3 storage fee per package. Oversized packages include any package over 3ft. These packages will incur a fee of $15 each. Overweight packages include any package weighing or exceeding 15lbs. These packages will also incur a $15 fee each. Any package held for longer than 3 months, per guest request, will receive an initial $15 charge, followed by an additional $1 fee per day.

Pet Policy Dogs only of up to 40 lbs maximum weight are permitted. Only one dog per room/reservation. Pets are not allowed in food and beverage area/s. A non-refundable dog fee of $25.00 a day will apply. A $250.00 deposit will be collected at time of check in and will be refunded upon room inspection if no damage is discovered. Please notify the hotel directly prior to the arrival date if traveling with a pet. Pet-friendly rooms are subject to availability.
